Unable To Delete Appian Record Object

Question

Hi Everyone, I'm trying to delete a record type object in my appian application but I'm unable to do so. When I try to delete the below error pops up.

Has anyone faced this issue and how to resolve this.

It seems to be somehow corrupted. As it does not have a source, it has nothing to do with relationships or database issues. I recommend opening a support ticket to analyze this, as it seems to be a platform-specific issue with this particular record.

This looks like an internal server or platform issue and not related to any code. Suggest you to raise a ticket with Appian team if its a cloud instance or if its on prem try contacting your admin team to restart the server.
