Hi Everyone,I'm trying to delete a record type object in my appian application but I'm unable to do so. When I try to delete the below error pops up.
Has anyone faced this issue and how to resolve this.
Thanks in advance!

Do you have database level foreign key constraint for this record?
Shubham Aware It's the old record and wasn't configured fully before, so no source present.
May I know what level of system access you have? Basic user with designer access or full admin access?
I have full admin access.
Have you tried creating a new record type and then deleting it?
Yes, I can able to delete newly created record
It seems to be somehow corrupted. As it does not have a source, it has nothing to do with relationships or database issues. I recommend opening a support ticket to analyze this, as it seems to be a platform-specific issue with this particular record.
This looks like an internal server or platform issue and not related to any code. Suggest you to raise a ticket with Appian team if its a cloud instance or if its on prem try contacting your admin team to restart the server.
Do you have data in your record? If so, could you please delete the data, sync the record, and try to delete it again after that?
Hope this issue is resolved, if not then request you to raise a support ticket with Appian and they will able to guide you, if its lower environment and not blocking any other activity then let it be, only solution is to create a support ticket, error itself says its more of platform related then any of the logic in the record.
