Dynamic Way to Create Groups/Users for Task Assignments

Hi All,

I have a list of task categories and group names who should work on each task.

Now I used to create appian groups & constants for each group names, so that I can assign a task based on task category.

But I want a dynamic way where even when the admin adds more task category and relevant group names, in future, I could do the task assignment and should send email.

Is there any workaround for this?

    You can build an action where interface has fields like group name and task category.

    When user submit the form with the given name you can create a group in Appain using Create Group smart service. 

    You should have a record type which holds the metadata align with user field data - group Name, Task Category (Good to have a reference/look up table for task category as well), group Id, created by and so on...

    This way admin can create group. For assignments you can similarly add features in process where users can select and add members to group.
