Create Sample Data（AI Copilot）利用不可

概要：Record Type の サンプルデータ自動生成が失敗します。新規作成した最小構成のRTでも再現します。

環境：News／リージョン：不明／Appian Version：25.4

事象：Data Preview → Generate Sample Data で

We encountered an issue and could not generate your sample data.

Click REFRESH ALL DATA in the Additional Configuration panel and try again

確認済み：

・DB 権限、同期は正常

・Source=DB／Sync=Enabled／PK=Integer（新規RTでも同様に失敗）

・AIServiceはClaudeSonnet 4.5、Claud Haiku 4.5が使用可能

・同一環境の複数ユーザーで同じ事象が再現
