Appian Record Sync Errors

Question

HI All, We have been constantly facing an issue with Appian Records where whenever a smart service writes data to a table using write to records, an error is triggered like - Modified Source Rows By Primary Key: 246113, 246112, 246117, 246107, 246111. Manual Sync never fails afterwards and is always successful.

Note: We have multiple records referring the same Table which fails.

It might be the possibility that, Concurrent writes from multiple processes/records to the same primary keys create sync conflicts.

The concurrency can create lock conditions and resulting in the error. Are you facing any data loss as well? I would assume from multiple records if write records is happening, possibility exists for data overwriting instead of insertion in the table.
