The new Appian Community launches August 3, followed by Appian Academy on August 7. During the migration, Appian Community Edition, Appian Academy, Documentation, Certifications, Instructor-led Customer Training, Partner Sales Training & Accreditation, and Forum (for Appian Partners and Customers only) will remain available.
I have a couple of table on maria DB and want to check if the table are being used or not used by Appian. Is there a way to check if the table is being used to deleted or not deleted.

As far as I know, you'll need to manually check your various Data Store(s), if any, as well as Record Types that directly reference DB tables, and see if any of them are using the tables in question. I don't know of any automated way to do this off the top of my head.
