Hi All,
I have self joined Record type. Write records plugin, smartservice both are getting successful, but persisted records are not getting sync. Even though I manually sync, the data is not reflecting. See below
What could be the root cause?
Thanks
Madhu

The older syncs also only show 3 of 5 synced. Seems like sync was never working well.
BTW, what exactly do you mean with "self-joined"?
The most likely cause is the self-join relationship interfering with sync indexing, potentially creating ambiguous or duplicate row mappings that cause sync to complete but persist 0 rows. To confirm, temporarily remove the self-join relationship, run a full sync, and check if rows sync correctly - if they do, the self-join is the root cause.
Hi Stefan Helzle ,Shubham Aware , Thanks for your resopnse. It was caused by sync filters. I relaxed them and it is all good now.
Appian changed the default filters as sync filters under sync options.
@ Solar SmashHi Madhu, that's a tricky one! Self-joins can definitely be finicky with data syncing. Are you checking for potential circular dependencies?
