Is it possible to search in Record List for anything other than Title?

Question

I want to know that is it possible to search in Record List anything other than Title? In other words can I search on a field that is there in Record Dashboard, and filter record list based on the result. Remember that field is not displayed in Record List. Please suggest possibilities of doing this for Entity Backed/Process Backed/Service Backed records. Thanks....

Hi,
From the record search option we can search against Record List Title only. If we want to search or filter the record list based on some other fields, we have to use facet option.
