I have a requirement to not show the Users Record under Tempo Records. As I understand it, I cannot remove the Users Record, so I'm trying to hide the individual users under the Users Record. I've read the Appian pages on User Profile Visibility and the Modify User Security Smart Service. I've set the DEFAULT_VISIBILITY property in custom.properties and I also set up a process model to run the User Security Smart Service on a test user. In the Smart Service I left the Viewers data type blank and set the Administrators and Editors data to our admin group. After all of this, my test user can still be seen by the other users under the Users Record. I'm not sure if I'm misunderstanding what I'm reading, or if it just doesn't work, or if I am going about it wrong. Would appreciate any help. Thanks!

Although I restarted the app server, I didn't restart the Engines. By restarting the engines, I can only see my own user in the list now which is what I wanted. Thanks!
