Please elaborate on what you're trying to update on the record and what you mean by "not getting updated". Do you get an error on screen when launching the related action? Is the process initiated by the related action completed successfully? Any errors recorded in the application server log?

Created one XX parent process model having a FORM, a Tempo Record is created for this process instances. In this Tempo Record configured sub process YY(to update the FORM values) in Related Action. Am able to show the parent FORM values in the Related Action form. Now I need to updated this form values, and these values should reflect in the Tempo Record.

If you're using a separate process to update another process, you'll need to send the values to the second process somehow - probably via messaging. The alternative is to configure a quick task in the process that is being used to back the record, and use that to update the values in the process.
