@aksharc Hi, If you are talking in the context of entity backed records, AFAIK it isn't doable currently.

I wanted to do that for Entity-Backed record. Thanks for the information Sikhivahan.

@aksharc As Appian has restricted us by providing a picker field in the Record Type configuration which allows us to select only a process model, I don't think we can customise it by any means.

You can create a "wrapper" model that calls your actual model as a sub process. Then you can name this wrapper model whatever you want the related action to be.
