Hi.. In Entity backed records, is there a way to display list view results only

Afaik, the feature which you aren't talking isn't viable in case of Entity and Process backed records with the OOTB functionality available.

This is not possible in Entity backed records but you can create service backed records & replicate entity backed records behavior .
You need to build an data-subset expression which will return result only when query parameters are provided.
