I am trying to create a link between a Report to Record. Having two reports (PQR and XYZ) and records (PQR and XYZ) respectively. Both reports having same ID. Link between same report and record is working fine (i.e., from report PQR -> record PQR and from report XYZ to record XYZ). While trying link between report PQR -> record XYZ throwing an error "The record data does not exist, has been deleted, or you do not have sufficient privileges to access it. (APNX-1-4205-006)" as the ID is same its throwing error.
a!recordLink(
label: "Go to record view",
recordType: cons!XYZ
identifier: _,
dashboard: "summary"
)

In identifier we need to pass the primary key of the table if it's entity backed record or Primary key of the result returned by the expression if its service backed record or it need to be process id if its process backed record.
Try to give the actual identifier in place of _ and check.

as you are navigating to Summary dashboard you can remove the dashboard field from record link as Summary dashboard is default one.

I am using Process Backed Records. I generated the report using "Generate Report". I also removed dashboard and tried, throwing same error.

So in identifier you are passing the process id right. For test purpose hard code the identifier with the process id's of the XYZ and PQR records. It should work as I am using the same. There must be some other error there.

When I pass the process ID at identifier as below.
links: apply(
a!recordLink(
label: "Go to record view",
recordType: cons!siteViewCustLoc,
identifier:"2782",
dashboard: "summary"
),
local!datasubset.identifiers
)
In interface its showing below error,
"Could not display interface. Please check definition and inputs.
Interface Definition: Expression evaluation error at function 'apply' [line 86]: A rule or function reference is expected as the 1st parameter. "

You are displaying the record link in the one column of the report and for each row new link will be created.
In that case just add this
a!linkField(
links: a!recordLink(
label: "Go to record view",
recordType: cons!siteViewCustLoc,
identifier:pp!id
)
)

Its not working for both dependent and independent processes.
And a!linkField() is not working for,
a!gridTextColumn(
label: "ID",
field: "id",
data: index(local!datasubset.data, "id", null),
links: apply(
a!recordLink(
label: "Go to record view",
recordType: cons!XYZ,
identifier:_,
dashboard: "summary"
),
local!datasubset.identifiers
)
)
