Hi All, We were able to see the Records in our Records Tab till this

Hi All,
We were able to see the Records in our Records Tab till this Friday but today we are not able to see any new request in our Records Tab while we are raising a new request and we are also not able to see the same in the Process tab in the designer mode. We had a maintenance activity on the weekend. Today we restarted the server to resolve this problem n we are getting this Exception: com.appiancorp.suiteapi.common.exceptions.AppianException:(The page You are trying to access doesnot exist,has been deleted,or you don't have sufficient privilllages to access its dada)-(APNX-1-4247-0001).
Kindly let us know if you have the solution regarding this problem

Warn: com.appiancorp.security.auth.activity.UserActivityFilter- Could not record user Activity. (Also getting this warning at that time )

What was changed in the environment before this issue occurred?
