Have you seen this before - a record's Related Action shows in the Related Actions List but it doesn't show on the Related Action Shortcuts. This is rather puzzling because it seems this is an intermittent behavior. Any help will be very welcome. Thanks

Not sure If you have already configured it, The specific related action should be checked from the List of Related Actions available in Summary View Of Record Designer

I had similar issue in the past. I found that Process Start Form had a form which was caused by creating a parameterized variable. After deleting the form, the shortcut showed up. I don't know if it is the same case. Just for your reference.

Hi @judyg. In our case start forms are not an issue. Thanks though.

@filipep Is there a chance for the same Dashboard View accessible to set of users whereas only few of them have the access to Related Action due to the security constraints(Related Action Visibility/ Process Model security) ? Did you try debugging from this perspective?
Or is the Related Action which is visible from 'Related Actions' View isn't visible from Dashboard Shortcuts?

Exactly i too came across such a situation, where the related action was not showing up in record. I could not conclude the reason behind that. I think there should be some fix from Appian side for that.
