By any chance is there any way to modify the message

“The record data does not exist, has been deleted, or you do not have sufficient privileges to access it. (APNX-1-4205-006)”

which comes when user doesn't have sufficient privileges to access the record.

If by any mean, this message can be edited, it would be helpful.

No, as of now that error message is not configurable. I'd recommend trying to prevent the user from linking to those records.
