Hi all,
We have a records dashboard with a couple of related actions in one of our applications.

When we try to click on one of the related actions, the IE browser crashes. But this does not happen always.

Sometimes, when we click on the related action it opens without any issues. We have monitored our rules and they look good.

Has anyone encountered such an issue before?

Internet Explorer has stopped working. We are using IE 11.

Any inputs are highly appreciated!!!!!

Hi,

Try any of the below options:

- Set Compatibility View Setting: IE > Tools > Compatibility View Setting > Add link of your Appian system(e.g., appianserver.com)
- Check in any other lower IE versions
- Disable Protection Mode in IE
- Allow pop-up for appianserver site in IE
