Is there a limit to the number of 'Views' in a service backed record? We

@sharmilan Hi, documentation at https://forum.appian.com/suite/help/16.1/Record_Design.html#Views says that 'Each additional record view also has its own security. This is based on the visibility expression defined for the view.' So whatever you are experiencing is expected.

Apologies for placing the wrong text. Here goes the actual text - 'You can add up to eight additional views for each record type to complement the Summary view.'

An alternative that we have implemented is to create one that upon clicking gives you a grid of other views. You then click on the desired one and it dynamically displays. Key is to add a "back" link to return to the grid.
Yes this adds one click (and stops the browser back form truly taking you back one), but until an enhancement is delivered, this will work.

Building on what Christine said, I've seen some well done examples of using a dropdown at the top of the interface to change what's in the main body of the view.
