Unable to Query CLOB data type in Tempo

Hi,
Using the CLOB data type in the database to store more than 7000 characters .I am able to store it in the database and as well as able to load it in PV from database in the process model. But unable to load this in the tempo dashboard(tried with query rule and as well as record filed).

Any suggestion??

I am not facing the same issue in other environment. not sure why? Any configuration issue?

some times it is showing half of the data.

Can you please give more detail on the inability to load the CLOB? What behavior do you see? Are you getting an error message?

@abhinavg712, I have used paragraph filed to display.

@harrys, I am not getting any error message and when I click on any one of the grip page navigation it is displaying the half of the data. please let me know if you need more details.

Have you been able to display any other string-based type from the database with the same amount of characters? I've also seen extraneous characters (e.g., those without expected ASCII values) cause issues with output; have you cleaned the input (e.g., with cleanwith, stripwith, etc) prior to display?

@harrys: Tried with textfiled too but unable to show the data. User can enter anything as a input. so i have cleaned the data.

From what I could find, CLOBs use character encoding, so you may need to create a plug-in to stream the input in (see docs.oracle.com/.../oralob2.htm for more information). Either way, I'd be wary about keeping too many entries in memory. Hope this helps!

@harrys: Able to store the data and can be visible in the database. facing this issue when I try to display on the dashboard only.
