I'm working on a Gridview record, and I'm haveing a tough time getting it to recignize new fields I ahve added to a CDT. I added the new fields to my view, updated teh CDT and Datasource with no issue, and can select the fields from a pick list in the Grid View Setup. Once I do, however, I get an error cliaming the field can't be found. Any ideas? Image attached.

Scott, if you change it to a feed style list view that displays rf!client, does it show up properly?

I found my issue. I was using a query to pull my source, and forgot to add the new fields. Foolish on my part. Thanks for trying to help!

Just for my own knowledge, are you using an expression/service backed record or an entity backed record?
I assume the dropdown was aware of rf!client due to the datastore, despite the field being missing in the CDT.

I had a query pulling in the data as the datasource. I had the fields in the CDT and it was maped to the datastore, so the system knew they existed, but the data wasn't there becase the query had not been updated to pull in the new fields from the view.

So I take that to mean it was an expression-backed record.
Let me know how the documentation was for building this record.
