Related action appears for a user that is not supposed to see it

Question

We have a basic user in Appian, He did not have any Related Actions visible on Records. After clearing out the analytics engine kdb files, the basic user is seeing Related Actions visible on Records. Any thoughts how we can resolve this. Thank you!

May the case that process model is having a start form, if so delete the same and check. If still the issue exists then check if context is configured properly.
