Related actions now showing up in Sites or Tempo

I have two issues here. The logged in user is the exact same, the only difference being the view by Site or Tempo.

1. I have a Site which calls a Record, which has a related action called "Create Claim." This Record is set to display the related action on the Payments dashboard. This doesn't appear to work in Sites, it only sows under the Related Actions dashboard.

2. The exact same Record, when viewed through Tempo, has no related actions at all. It doesn't show under the Payments dashboard and it doesn't show under the Related Actions dashboard.

  • I've just found the solution. It's to do with the start form. I didn't think i had a start form; it had the "Use an existing form" ticked, but nothing there. I un-ticked it, and discovered there was a start form underneath. I deleted that form and it now works as intended. The related action shows in both Tempo and Sites, and on the Payments dashboard as well as Related Actions.

I wanted to post this in case others run into this issue. I knew it shouldn't have a start form if it was to be a Related Action, but was unaware the start form was there underneath. Curiously, a start form does not prevent Sites from showing the related action, but it does prevent it from showing on a dashboard other than the Related Actions dashboard.
