Showing Related Actions not available in Process Backed Record

I have configured Related action in Process Backed Record but still I am unable to see under Related actions in Record.
Security has been configured for the Process Model.

Please refer below for RA configuration.

There is no SAIl Start Form, only a User Input Task has been configured as a Quick task

Quick tasks on process backed records can be started via the related actions tab of a record but are not fully configurable related actions.
