Showing Related Actions not available in Process Backed Record

I have configured Related action in Process Backed Record but still I am unable to see under Related actions in Record.
Security has been configured for the Process Model.

Please refer below for RA configuration.

Can you check once with the variable naming created in process model and in configuring related action? Adding to it security for that record and process start form too.
