Showing Related Actions not available in Process Backed Record

I have configured Related action in Process Backed Record but still I am unable to see under Related actions in Record.
Security has been configured for the Process Model.

Please refer below for RA configuration.

I had changed the process variable data type, so by default portal start form was created.
I deleted that and it worked.
