No Records Available Issue

I am using service backed records to fetch details from the database. Though the records are visible it shows "No records available" in records tab.
The log shows ERROR org.hibernate.util.JDBCExceptionReporter - The data types ntext and nvarchar(max) are incompatible in the equal to operator."

I have check the article forum.appian.com/.../kb-1122.html.

Is there an update on this issue?

It may be a slightly different issue you are seeing given your description. The issue in kb-1122 can safely be disregarded and is not know to cause what you are seeing. Are you able to attach a larger excerpt of the log where issue occurs?

I am running Appian 16.3 hotfix package A, I am also getting this error. Does the KB also apply to Appian version 16.3?
