Record summary as landing page by default

We are using V16.2 on cloud. Use case is that the user default landing page is set to record-list. The number of records displayed in record-list can vary depending on logged-in user. If the no of records in record-list is one, is there a way to directly show the record summary page rather than showing the record, which the user has to click and then get to record summary ? We are trying to avoid the extra click when the number of record for logged-in user is one !
