Issue in displaying .jpg image in word document smart service

we have requirement to display .jpg image in word document report. Process model has appian smart service MS Word 2007 Doc from Template, currently .jpeg image is displaying proper. But when I upload .jpg image and trying to generate the report getting "image cannot be displayed" with empty box and for .jpeg image is displaying in the report. using appian version 7.11 please find attachement

also while opening word document getting below error message when .jpg image is uploaded

Can you post the configuration you're using in the Smart Service? I'm not too clear what you're currently doing or hoping to accomplish.

Are you uploading the image file using uploadDocument field ?
