Getting a pink error while creating a record

16.3 version, when I am trying to create a record within one of my application package, I am getting a pink error message and I am not able to see my record in that package however I can find the same record once I clicked on object tab. Please see the attachment for pink error message.

By the way I am on 16.2 version. Sorry for mentioning wrong before. :(
