User Filter from database lookup table

Is there any way I can pull data for user filter option from database lookup table.
Currently I have to confifure each filter option

if the filter names available in same record type. You can use a!facet() function to create dynamic user filters. Please go through the below link it might be helpful.

Have you had a look at expression based user filters by using a!facet option
