Rule Performance on admin console is blank.

Hello,
I have 5 different environments and 3 of these are not pulling any data for the rule performance on Admin console.
I have tried to look for the documentation that can ring a bell if there is any setting missing but couldn't find any clue.

Can you check whether you have this file in your Appian server?
appian/logs/perflogs/expressions_details.csv.

Usually this file stored all the rule performance information.
