Handling Tiff Files

HI Guys

We are integrating with a document management system. The recent documents are all in PDF format which works well on the Appian side, the older docs are in TIFF format. Is there a way to convert TIFF docs to PDF so that we can handle all documents in the same way when the user views them?

Use either iText (only version less than 5) or Apache PDFBox. iText version above than 5 are AGPL licenses, and hence should not be used in commercial software. However, lower than version 5 are just fine, you can simple copy the jar from APPIANHOME\\ear\\suite.ear\\lib

this is not accurate. You can buy a commercial license for any dual-licensed product from iText (iText5 and iText7 included).
