Handling Tiff Files

HI Guys
We are integrating with a document management system. The recent documents are all in PDF format which works well on the Appian side, the older docs are in TIFF format. Is there a way to convert TIFF docs to PDF so that we can handle all documents in the same way when the user views them?

@pieterk as per my understanding, you can create a Custom Plugin (Smart Service) which can take an input of type Document (tif image) and can return a documentID(for generated PDF Document ID). For doing this you can use itextpdf API in Java
