We have a process where users capture data and is eventually passed to a mainframe. Strange one came up last week the user somehow captured what looks like a single apostrophe but apparently is some other character. According to our mainframe team the top one is ok but the bottom one is not, anyone have experience handling this in Appian? I'm guessing the user copy pasted from something else which seems like normal behavior so I'm not sure how to prevent it going forward.
