Apostrophe S shows as Weird in Community

HI All,

   I have found some weird thing in community, when we use Apostrophe S then that gets appear in different way like HTML internal code,like

Let's say i want to type don't which gets appeared as don't and that too only for the comments of the Post but not for the Post.

Has Somebody else face the same weird behavior. I hope the community will figure out this

    Also I am not sure whether I am right in this or not when I am trying login in to appian community if I type the wrong user name and pwd it is giving me a validation stating the authentication failed which is fine, but when I am trying to give the correct user name and pwd in the same browser it is still giving me an issue. I have to open up the new session and give the credentials again. Hope this is taken care
