Answer Highlighting on Community

Question

I've noticed that some answers to questions are highlighted orange, and some are highlighted in green. Can someone explain the exact process by which an answer is determined to be green?

There are actually 2 other ways an answer can get "confirmed". Community admins (Appian employees) can mark an answer as correct. Additionally, an answer can be confirmed if enough community members mark it as "helpful".

When replying the responding practitioner can select a checkbox that says "Suggest as Answer", that response gets highlighted in orange indicating that it is a possible solution/answer. And when OP (Original Poster) accepts the answer then it turns green. 
 
This is makes it easier for other practitioners to find the answers easily instead of going thru all the replies.
