Can a FitNesse for Appian test be created such that the artifacts of the script can be run from a CLI?

My team would like to run FitNesse for Appian tests from our build server as part of CI/CD test verification. There is no console on the build server; no browsers; no UI.

I'm only aware of running a FitNesse test from the webpage http://localhost:8980/.

Any information regarding my question will be greatly appreciated.
