We have a predefined directory with report template (excel) in Val2 which was deployed from lower environment and used for excel sheet report that is available as task to be downloaded for user . However, when the user accesses the task, user is getting 500 error. When I looked at the server.log, I see following error saying permission denied: There is a problem with task “Export Content Analysis Report” in the process “Export Content Analysis Report”. The following error was raised by the Export to Excel function: /app/appian/_admin/accdocs3/4401/10010154.xlsx (Permission denied) . When I go ahead and download the file 10010154.xlsx , it's the template for the given report and looks like a permission issue. Any pointers would greatly help us in resolving this issue.
