Trigger on addition of memeber to a group

Question

Hi All, 
 Thanks in advance. 
 I have a requirement like , the moment a user is added to Group A , he must be added to Group B . Is there any way configure the trigger like this other than polling the Group A @ specific interval and add to Group B ?

I&#x27;m not sure what the exact details of your requirements are, but is there any chance it would be sufficient to add Group A as a member of Group B?

Adding to what Mike has mentioned above, other option would be : 
You can probably create Group C and add it as a member to both Group A and Group B. 
Then you start adding the users to Group C. This way, you can add the user to both the groups at same time.
