disable My Profile feature in sites

Is there any way to disable My Profile feature in sites, Our business don’t want to show that feature on sites.

May I know is there any particular reason to disable My Profile option, because it's good to have this for the end user. And this is the reason why Appain provides this as OOTB

Alok, the ask is from business team. As far I know this can't be disabled in site. Do you have any suggestions
