Function: Issue with getactivetaskidsforprocess()

Hello Everyone,

I'm using the function getactivetaskidsforprocess() for fetching the active task ids for a process, used in an escalation alert mail, But it was not always fetching the task ids and hardly for some instances that function is retrieving task ids, I was wondering with this strange behaviour. (The Appian version is 16.3)
