Unable to navigate to Shared Components or Support Tickets in new community

For the past week or two I have been unable to get to any of my support tickets or view the shared components page. I have tried in both IE and Chrome  - all that happens is I see the new url in the address bar and a blank page. no errors at all. I have cleared my browser cache but nothing helps. ASeems like I ma being blocked fomr viewing anything under the "sites" section of the forum. I would log a support ticket, but cant get there to do that :) thanks
