a!documentBrowserFieldColumns()

Question about the function a!documentBrowserFieldColumns():

A. Is there way to specify which documents you want to show within a folder?

or

B. Is there a way to use something similar to the apply() to display multiple folders instead of just one?

  • I am not aware of a way by which we can specify some specific documents to be displayed within a folder. Only that keep different documents in different folder and specify which folder's data to be displayed based on condition. This can be done by specifying the folder parameter of the a!documentBrowserFieldColumns() as per requirement.
    To display multiple folders instead of just one put all the folders in one Knowledge Center and in the knowledgeCenter parameter of the a!documentBrowserFieldColumns() specify that KC. It will display all the folders within the KC.
    Hope that helps.
