Hi All

I have process instance dashboard for a process 'A', on which there are some features like reports, quick tasks, etc.
Now I have included a process launcher channel on this process instance dashboard to instantiate another process 'B'.
Is it possible to directly pass some parameter of this process instance 'A' to newly instantiated process 'B'.
Please note that I have not used Process 'B' as a sub process in Process 'A'.

@aayusha Hope that I understood your question correctly.. Though you haven't included the Process 'B' as a sub process in Process 'A', Process A's context will always be available to the Process 'B', as long as Process 'B' is present on i.e. operates on the context of the dashboard of Process 'A' instances.

Yes, you can pass parameters to Process B from Process A dashboard. If you click on that channel Edit option, you can find "Process Parameters" where you can see all the variables. Please make sure that your variable is a parameter.
