Application Portal Support Last Date

Does anyone know 
 1. Whats the last support date of the application portal. 
 2. Whats the last Appian version on which we can migrate the portal application

Application Portal and non-SAIL forms are supported by Appian and will continue to be supported by Appian. While Application Portal is now over nine years old, Appian remains committed to your success and will continue to deliver routine hotfixes for Application Portal and non-SAIL forms users.
