Task not appearing in Tasks tab immediately

We have seen that for few workflows the tasks assigned to the group are not appearing immediately in tasks tab. when checked in instance, it shows assigned to group but doesn't appear in tasks tab. sometimes, we see the task in a min or takes 30+ min to appear on the task for that user who is part of the group. how much it would impact if there are more no. of users (100+) have assigning of the task?

    Agree. You mention you are assigning to a group. There is no impact on timing when there are lots of people in the group. If you were doing MNI and assigning to each member of the group, that may take some time - but 30+ min seems very excessive.
    I would check the logs and see if you even have a caching issue. For example, when you see that issue, add a new person to the group and log in to see if they see it immediately (just to help troubleshoot)
