httppost timeout configuration

I don't believe it is configurable in 4.0.1. It looks like that functionality was added to 5.0.7 (newest version is 5.4.3 from January 2017).

We have 4.0.1 installed in most of our environments and I was just looking to use it instead of the native a!webservicequery() (which I have not been able to get working on our internal webservices). We have been using a combination of smartservice nodes in the process model (probably this plugin) and a new custom built smartservice, but both of those must be called in a process model instead of an expression/SAIL.
