Hi All,
Is there a possibility/method to launch Appian mobile app rather than mobile browser when clicking on received task link? (All done from mobile)
Currently:
1. Task link opened from mobile e-mailbox
2. Opens Task in mobile browser
Regards,
Jonathan

@enb - I probably would need to check with them, another option is to actually have custom Mobile Application in place. This would need to work for both Android and iOS though. @Eliot - The link would be to the Site. Abit more context, it is a url to a task which goes down the xpath of Site rather than Tempo.
Did you ever figure this one out? We also need to open up the Appian mobile application from one of our other Android applications.
Did you figure it out ?
No, we tried for a while and didn't seem possible.
Appian also didn't come back with any suggestions or possibilities when we asked.
For this reason we are not using Appian for our mobile app development and instead writing our own native mobile apps.
Hi David, Abhijeet,
You can enable setting 'Prompt Users to Download App' from the Admin Console: https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/20.2/Appian_Administration_Console.html
This setting displays a redirect page that prompts users to open links in the mobile application (if already installed), or to install the application.
