I am currently working on version 17.2.
My scenario is I have two records and both are related. When I click on the summary of 1st record, over there I have link to my second record's summary view. Below is the screenshot of the same, where the second field is link to second record:
In my second record's summary view I have a related action.
My requirement is I should be able to provide a link to the user in the 1st record's grid list view such that when user clicks on it he is directed to the second record's related action.#
Since I don't have pp!id, I can't use the function getactivetaskidsforprocess().

Is the second related action already running as a task? In that case you might be able to build a task report and then pull the ID using queryProcessAnalytics(), and then you could build the URL using the "yourenvironment.appiancloud.com/suite/tempo/tasks/task/" base URL.
