Issue while accessing the date field

Hi! Is your associate using a different timezone / locale to the one that you are using? If so, please list which one you are using, and which your associate is using.

Also, check for any errors in the JavaScript console.

I can confirm that this is a known issue that has been patched in a recent hotfix. Reference number AN-82746. If you are on a cloud environment, you can reach out to get this fix applied to your environment. If you are on premise, check the release notes and download the latest hotfix package such that the fix can be applied to your environment.

In the meantime, as a workaround, you can change the timezone to be the same offset, but without using the 3 letter abbreviation. I can see you are using the IST timezone. This issue affects timezones that use an XXX abbreviation.

Now it was working when we have changed the time zone.
