Issue while accessing the date field

I have created an interface with only date field. When I logged in and try to pick a date then the picker works fine. But one of my friend logged in and try to pick the date the picker is not working in interfaces, tasks and actions. I don't why. He is a member of the designers and process models group.

  • I can confirm that this is a known issue that has been patched in a recent hotfix. Reference number AN-82746. If you are on a cloud environment, you can reach out to get this fix applied to your environment. If you are on premise, check the release notes and download the latest hotfix package such that the fix can be applied to your environment.

    In the meantime, as a workaround, you can change the timezone to be the same offset, but without using the 3 letter abbreviation. I can see you are using the IST timezone. This issue affects timezones that use an XXX abbreviation.
